First Day of School 2014.

First day of school for the "older kids" and Silas had to wait until the first Thursday for his first day...  as you can see below, it was a hard blow that waiting.

Mom, Silas and I went to the opening assembly.  It is always such a wonderful feeling start the school year together: singing praises, talking to God, coming before Him as a community with this school.

Finally! Silas gets to go to school!

He was so excited to go to school I didn't even get a wave good-bye!  All 5 of my kids on one bus, going to school together. Yikes!  It sure was a strange feeling to be left behind.
Silas had a GREAT first day and a great time ever since.  He loves school and is doing so well.  All the kids are doing well this year - great teachers, good friends.
