As a surprise on Fathers' Day Mom, Rachel and I sent Dad, Rob and Steve to the beach at 8 in the morning while we did the church (opening, service and closing) and arranged people to take care of the church for us for the evening service. We met the guys at the beach after church and spent the afternoon at the beach playing, resting and picnicing. Such a lovely day.

Eli wrote in his Fathers' Day card that Steve's favourite thing to do was play Monopoly. :) Eli also remembered to take along the new card version of Monopoly that we had just gotten from the Exeter garage sales the day before. Monopoly on the beach is nice!
