Mothers' Day started off the best way - with cards and lovely surprises from the kids. After church, cake and lunch and a nap! and a walk on the Morrison Dam trail.
We were planning on going to the beach but the lure of a nap and a Silas who was like this yesterday (the end of a 3-day off and on fever - we call it the sorrow of getting better :) the walk closer to home was the best idea.

Steve was there, too! See? :) Steve made my day super special and it was wonderful to be so loved. A day full of hugs and "I love you!" and "happy Mothers' Day!" and "Are you having a good day?" and more hugs. It is just the best.
