Track and Field day was COLD and FUN.  We visited the kids and watched them run and jump and throw and then quickly went back to the van to warm up :)  A fun day because isn't it fun to run and jump and throw things all day and be out of the classroom?

 Off he goes!  Eli is not very competitive.  He got a 5th place ribbon for ball throw (I think?) and told me how lucky he was and excited because no other boys got a ribbon after he got his!

 Eli was so proud of this ribbon, when the principal asked the boys he take off their coats for their run he was earnest he wanted to keep his coat on because he wanted to keep his ribbon on :)

Because of all the rain all the grass was mud.  We didn't brave the mud to see Reuben perform but as you can tell from the above picture - Reuben was a winner.
