March Break Visits.

For part of our March Break we headed Belleville way.  But first! A stop in Hamilton for a meeting and some Noam (and Tante Hannelle, of course) loving :)
And while we are visiting cousins, we stopped at the Renkemas as well!  Supper and a slide!

Yep, they slid that far down!  Best hill ever!
And we ended our day at Grandma's house.  This old toy of Steve's (when he was in grade 6 or 7 he thinks) was found (in its original box!) and Steve and Reuben had a lot of fun working on it.

below: Nadineke and Judah had a lot of fun making these helicopters.
Grandma does science with the kids while Reuben wakes up (at 10am) for waffles.  A good sleep-in in Uncle Dave's room!
Off for a cool crisp walk on the harbour and ice-cream with Uncle Jonathan at Rieds Dairy!  How awesome to get (plenty enough!) ice-cream for 8 people for $11!

Home again, home again in record time.  A wonderful bunch of visits.  Next group of visits - the vanOosten cousins!  Long over-due.

  1. Looks like a fantastic trip!! I don't know about eating ice cream right after a walk on the frozen bay - tooo chilly for me!! :) Though, I do miss Reid's Dairy. I wish we had something like that here in town - we have Hewitt's not so far away, but it's not as good. Sorry for the delayed comments, and for not commenting for a year on the blog - I completely lost the address, and found it again just now! So fun to go back and see what you've been up to!
