Fourth Birthday Day.

And so, our "baby" turns 4.  Today already he can reach things he couldn't before, he can run faster than did when he was three and he is stronger, too!  He also is NOT a baby and has a great fake smile - don't you think?
Breakfast was waffles, of course, before the bus came AND he got to open all his presents!  Lucky!
I got this scooter for Silas at the Thrift Store and it was super fun to drive around the church while I cleaned.  He is just the right size to still fit on this ride - so I guess that means he can't grow up anymore :)
Silas had a good day of going to the Early Years Centre and playing with his friends (such an easy "party!"), french fries for lunch with Mummy and Daddy, screen time and play time and then FINALLY! the kids are home to play with him.  He said (quite a few times), "I am waiting and waiting for the kids to come home to play with me!"
Supper was Pogos, Smiley-face french fries, pickles, green bean, tomatoes and peppers.  We have been looking at this cupcake at the grocery store for months for Silas' birthday and we got it!  Sad thing is, we didn't eat it.  The icing was really gross.  Nobody seemed to mind the lack of cake, though.
Silas got some playmobil and Lego from Oma and Opa and here Nadine is happily playing and setting up the playmobil and serving Superman some ice-cream.

Happy Birthday to our Handsome boy!  Such a joy to all of us.
