Today the kids and I took Reuben to Strathroy for the Track and Field District Day. Busy and exciting and really fun. Reuben qualified for two events: the running long jump and the standing triple. He ended up placing 6th in the Running Long and not placing in the Triple. Tough competition! Lots of talented children out there!
Here we are hiding from the sun for a bit. Note that Eli managed to get himself into an older kids "Go Fish" game. Each school had a tent and it was fun to regroup here during the day with other families and kids from HCS - congratulate each other and chat.
