Early Birthday Present!

We saw a great gift for Nadine's birthday for a great deal so we went ahead and bought it for her - along with help from Oma and Opa, Grandma and Tante Rachel.  We sent Nadine into Opa's shed to find it, no clues.  She couldn't spot any kind of birthday present in there!

After a colour clue - she found it!  A NEW bike!  One that will last her a long time :)

Either the bike was larger that we thought or Nadine was tinier than we thought but after quite a few Opa and Daddy adjustments, Nadine was happy to go!  She was excited about the gears, the brakes, the colour, the newness and the surprise.

The bike is still a bit big but Nadine is very determined to make it work and learn to bike it.  She is doing great and has done quite a bit of biking already (to church and back, around the block, errands).  Now, we need to find her a blue basket -if you see one, let me know!
